Dear Mr Williams
I wanted to write to you to express my appreciation for the care which my Mother, Edith Fisher received during her seven years at the Old Vicarage. It added greatly to my peace of mind to know that she was in a caring and homely environment. I should be grateful if you would be kind enough to pass on my thanks to all members of staff who looked after her with kindness and understanding.
Yours sincerely, Ian

To everyone at the Old Vicarage we wanted to tell you how much we have appreciated your care of our mum, Anne, Oer the past five years and to say thank you for such a lovely tea.
You have always gone the extra mile and your thoughtfulness and many kindnesses to all of us will stay with us. Each and every one of you played a part in keeping her cheerful and as healthy as she could be.
Thank you so much for everything with our love. Susan

To all of you at the Old Vicarage.
This is a very big thank you to all of you for looking after my mum. As for everybody it wasn’t easy to leave her home and independence but for her it more confusing as she hadn’t really lived in the UK for 50 years, so she had to adapt to that too. But thanks to all of you, you made it bearable making her feel safe, cared for and to laugh!
She always said what lovely staff you were and she was happy. The Old Vicarage is a lovely personal home with family and pets around and you all do a great job of creating home for all these individuals. I am particularly grateful for the attention you gave my mum in the last few weeks. Many thanks to everyone who cared for Edith so patiently and well. The seven years she spent with you were happy ones and those who looked after her brought fresh interest into her life - she enjoyed hearing about you and your families.
We really appreciated the extra trouble you took so we could celebrate birthdays and her granddaughters wedding together. As her friends phone and write to us, so many praise the Old Vicarage, saying its atmosphere outshines all other Homes they know. We were so lucky to find you and are grateful to you all.
Christine (Edith’s daughter) and Family.
